Rosethorn Tennis Club is a community-based club located in Etobicoke, Ontario close to main intersections Kipling Avenue and Rathburn Road, with 3 hard courts that are lit at night until 11 pm from May to October inclusive.

INTERCOUNTy MIXED LEAGUE


The InterCounty Tennis Association (ICTA) is comprised of many teams throughout the GTA and is dedicated to the advancement of competitive team tennis.  Teams compete at the Major, A, B, and C levels. The InterCounty season runs from early May to mid-August and alternates between home and away matches.

Rosethorn Tennis Club will be represented by two Mixed League InterCounty teams this season:  one B team and one C team.  B teams play on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 – 11:00pm, alternating home and away matches, and C teams play on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 11:00pm.  Each InterCounty team fields12 players per fixture broken down as follows:

  1. 1 Men’s Doubles team (2 men)
  2. 2 Mixed Doubles teams (2 men, 2 women)
  3. 2 Open Doubles teams (men or women)
  4. 1 Ladies Doubles team (2 women)

Intermediate to Advanced level players are encouraged to try out for one of these teams.  Rosethorn tryouts will be held as follows:
